1. Allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply (Mon-Fri 8:00am - 6:00pm ET).
2. Deliverable dates are contingent and determined at the time of order placement & receipt of payment.
3. Custom Group Order Discounts are based on several factors and apply to the overall total order.
4. For apparel, a 12 unit order minimum is required and MUST be the same item color, and/or design.
5. Corporate promotional items require 150 unit minimum of the same item and/or design.

d. Message: Date required, a brief description of the inquiry (qty, product), and whether artwork* will be provided.
*If providing artwork, a minimum 600 d.p.i. image is strongly recommended to produce clear sharp images on your final product. Artwork MUST be in a png, pdf, jpeg or ai vector file format and emailed to info@prettygirlscrafting.com. Artwork and Digitizing Fees are separate costs. If PGC has to vectorize and/or create artwork/design an additional charge will apply. This charge will be determined once design has been reviewed.
